Rosa woodsii Syn. Mountain Rose species rose Six feet tall Wasatch Mountains, Utah		This particular little specimen was photographed in the Wasatch mountains of Utah, right outside of Salt Lake City, in early July. Several of these wild North American species roses look VERY similar.
